Welcome to Jebley and the Orbit Rocket (the "Game"), a mobile game provided by Beckley Games ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Game.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Game, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or legal guardian review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes on a compatible device. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the Game.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation: Some features of the Game may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Prohibited Conduct: You may not share your account with others, sell or transfer your account, or use another users account without permission.

4. In-Game Purchases and Virtual Items

The Game may offer in-game purchases, such as virtual currency, items, or upgrades ("Virtual Items"). All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

Virtual Items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services outside the Game.

We reserve the right to modify, limit, or remove Virtual Items at any time without notice.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party tools to modify or interfere with the Game.

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Game.

Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Game’s servers, networks, or systems.

Harass, threaten, or harm other players or engage in any form of abusive behavior.

Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the Game.

6. User-Generated Content

If the Game allows you to create, upload, or share content ("User-Generated Content"), you retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Game.

You represent and warrant that your User-Generated Content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any laws.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Game will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Game, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to your device.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Game or via email. Your continued use of the Game after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Game or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of South Africa.
